      RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

      We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Voluspa is happy to offer either a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 30 days of your order date. Please note we do not provide or cover the cost of the return label, items will need to be shipped back to our facility in Sweden on the customers behalf.       ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

      Please allow 2-3 working days for the processing of your order.

      Orders placed before 14:59 will be processed the same day, and orders placed after 14:59 will be processed the next working day. Voluspa offers complimentary Standard Delivery on all orders £75 and over.  

      Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

      We are unable to update the delivery address or change the timing of delivery after an order has shipped. Severe weather conditions during transit may cause delays in delivery.
