    CANDLE CARE

Step 1 | Trim the Wick

Extend the life of your favorite fragrances, prevent tunneling and scent spaces beautifully by following our guide for Voluspa candles and diffusers.

    Step 2 | Get Even

Allow the wax to melt and pool all the way to the candle's edges with every light in order for it to burn evenly. This prevents your candle from tunneling, or creating a buildup of wax as it burns.

Step 3 | The Finishing Touch

Use the candle's lid or a candle snuffer to extinguish the candle without smoke or splashing.

    ADDITIONAL CARE & SAFETY TIPS

    1. Trim candle wicks to ¼ inch before each use.

    2. With each candle use, always allow the wax to pool to the edges or sides of the vessel.Note: This may take a fewhours, but will prevent uneven burning or tunneling.

    3. Use a candle plate or coaster to protect your surfaces.Never place a candle directly on a surface that is flammable or can be damaged by heat or oil.

    4. Wick may move or shift away from the center after the wax has liquified.Extinguish the flame and gently nudge the wick back to the center using a wick trimmer.

    5. Do not burn candles near a draft. Keep candles away from curtains or anything that could ignite(ie. books, home décor, clothing, etc.)

    6. Keep candles in sight while in use. If fragrance isdesired in spaces that are out of sight, opt for Reed Diffusers,RoomSprays or Ultrasonic Diffuser Oils as an alternative!

    7. Keep candles and diffusers away from children and pets.

    8. Never move a burning candle. The vessel and wax may become hot while in use.Allow the candle to cool and solidify before moving.
