Each tier offers perks designed to reward your loyalty, deepen your connection to Voluspa, and celebrate your status in our fragrance universe.

There are a variety of ways to earn points, including purchases, referrals, and other engagement-based actions. For a complete list of point earning opportunities, please refer to the Discover Ways to Earn Points section above.

Points aren't spent. They unlock your tier, and each tier opens up new perks. The more you shop, the more you unlock.

Your birthday gift will be sent to you via email during the first week of your birthday month. The discount code can be applied at checkout. Your unique code will expire at the end of your birthday month.

Offers for deluxe samples with also be sent to you as a discount code to be applied at checkout.  

Gift wrap rewards may be applied in-cart prior to checkout. Please note this offer is online only and cannot be redeemed in store at our Voluspa boutique locations. 

When you sign into your Voluspa account, your point balance and tier status will be at the top of this page. You can also view this information under your Account details. If you don't have an account already, we invite you to make one so you can review your status. 

Yes, points and tier status do expire. Both reset after a 12-month rolling period.

If you return your purchase, the points earned will be deducted from your account. Please note the deduction of points may cause you to fall back into another tier status.

Points often appear in your account shortly after you complete your transaction. If you do not see your updated points in your account 72 hours after purchase, please contact our team at customerservice@voluspa.com.

Give $10, get $10! Earn a $10 reward each time you share your referral code with a friend, and they make a purchase of $50+. Please note this offer is only available when you refer to new customers online only. If your friend makes a qualifying purchase, once their order is fulfilled you will receive your own unique code to us on a purchase of $50+. 

Yes! Your purchases at our Voluspa boutique locations do earn points for the program. You can show your wallet pass QR code, provide your phone number, or email address at checkout to earn.  Learn more about our locations here.

Who qualifies: Villa is the first tier of the Voluspa Keyholder loyalty program (0 to199 points). All members begin at Villa with a 0 point balance, regardless of previous purchase history. Membership is free. 

Early Access to New Products: Villa Keyholders may shop select new products before general release. Availability, timing, and eligible products vary and are subject to inventory. Early access details will be shared by email. 

Birthday Gift (Mini Tin Candle): During your birthday month, receive a complimentary Mini Tin Candle from the Japonica Collection with any online or in-store Voluspa purchase. Redeem with your personalized code at checkout (online) or provide it to a team member (in-store). The personalized code will be emailed the first week of the loyalty program member’s birth month and will expire at the end of the month. Limit one per order. Birthday Gift (Small Jar Candle): During your birthday month, receive a complimentary Small Jar Candle from the Japonica Collection with any online or in-store Voluspa purchase. Redeem with your personalized code at checkout (online) or provide it to a team member (in-store).
