      Typical order processing times are between 1-2 business days. Ground Shipping will take anywhere from 1-6 business days, based on location. 

        Packages are shipped via FEDEX or USPS, and typical transit times by region are as follows:
        1 - 2 Days: California + Southwestern states
        3 - 4 Days: Texas, Pacific Northwest + Some Midwestern states
        4 - 6 Days: Southern + Northeastern states

        MORE SHIPPING INFORMATION

        • Receive complimentary ground shipping and a free sample on orders over $75+ (before tax). Ground shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories.

        • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on selected service at checkout.

        • We are unable to ship to addresses without a recipient. This includes P.O. Boxes. We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO Addresses

        • During high volume periods (i.e. sales and holidays) orders may experience a slight delay in processing times.

        • We are unable to edit, add or remove items on an order once it has been placed. If there is an issue with an order or it needs to be canceled, please reach out to customer service as soon as possible at customerservice@voluspa.com and we will do our best to accommodate. 

        • We do not ship to Freight Forwarders or Re-Sellers.

        • Tracking notifications will be sent when the orders label is created, not shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update accurately with an ETA.
